Promise Chocolates is a labor of love with a greater purpose than simply selling chocolate. We began Promise Chocolates with the goal of providing a delicious product – but more importantly, to share the hope found in God’s word with people all over the country.

There is no time or distance in the word of God. Though the Bible was inspired by the Holy Spirit and written over 2,000 years ago, it is still as alive and effective as ever (Hebrews 4:12). The word still works, when we work it and stand firm on all God has said.

No matter the temptations, frustrations, suffering, and trials we face, God has revealed His love and care for us through His word.

Below are five scriptures we hope will ignite your faith, comfort you, and remind you of God’s goodness in every season.

Psalm 34:8 “Taste and see that the LORD is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in Him!”

Romans 8:31 “What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?”

Lamentations 3:22 “The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease.”

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

Joshua 1:7 “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the instructions Moses gave you. Do not deviate from them, turning either to the right or to the left. Then you will be successful in everything you do.”
